All of our leather is sourced from LWG Gold Rated providers, enabling us to ensure on-time delivery and maintain supreme leather quality. With our capabilities, we can handle large-scale manufacturing while upholding our commitment to excellence.

How We Do It

Selection Of Raw Materials
We only use LWG gold rated leather and maintain most of the raw material in our warehouse, to avoid any production delays
Cutting
Our cutting department reduces waste and improves efficiency, benefiting our customers. Our streamlined cutting processes ensure precise and accurate cuts, further enhancing the quality of our exceptional products.
Stitching
The quality of stitching is of utmost importance when it comes to leather products. To ensure the highest level of stitching quality, we have a team of highly experienced craftsmen and utilize state-of-the-art machinery. This combination allows us to deliver the best-in-class stitching to our valued customers.
Buttoning, Riveting & Embossing
We have an in-house setup for all these auxiliary functions, and for these processes we have chosen to go for the most updated machinery to ensure premium and finesse finished product.
Inspection & QC
The Quality Control Department prevents the delivery of any substandard products to our customers. For this we have first line checking during the stitching process and the final checking takes place just before the packing in a separate, purpose built, in-house QC facility.
Finishing & Packaging
To preserve the freshness, aroma, and longevity of genuine leather, it is essential to apply relevant processes such as waxing and buffing. We take extra care by conducting these procedures in a humidity-controlled environment. This meticulous approach ensures that no rusting or marks occur on the leather and accessories, maintaining their pristine condition.
